How to Download the Bliro Mobile App
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
Search for “Bliro”
Download and open the app
Log in with your existing Bliro account
Once logged in, the app is automatically connected to your workspace.
Transcribing Conversations
Start a Transcription
You can transcribe conversations directly with your smartphone or iPad
Open the app
Tap Start transcription
Place your smartphone/iPad near you or in the center of the table
Bliro will immediately begin live transcription.

During the Conversation
You’ll see a live transcript directly on your smartphone as the conversation happens.
No need to take notes
Stay fully focused on the discussion

After the Conversation
Once the transcription is finished, everything is automatically synced to your Bliro workspace.
In the web app, you can:
View the full transcript
Read the automatic analysis

Recording Voice Memos
You can also document thoughts or conversations using Voice Memo mode.
Key Differences from Regular Transcription
The audio track is recorded (unlike standard live transcriptions)
Voice memos work even without an internet connection
Voice Memo feature is not to meant to be used in a conversation with others, only for recording the own voice. In case you want to make use of the Voice Memo feature in a conversation settings, all recorded participants must consent to the recording.
Offline Functionality
You can start and stop voice memo recordings offline
Voice memos are automatically uploaded once you’re back online
Uploads run in the background via an upload queue
This makes voice memos ideal for post processing on-site meetings or documenting voice notes while voice notes while on the road.
Start by clicking on "transcribe your conversation" or "document via voice memo" depending on what you want to do.
As soon as you’ve finished a conversation or a voice note, you can change the title so that you can later clearly identify in the Bliro web app who the conversation was with. This is especially helpful if you document many conversations, perhaps even back-to-back - for example, at trade fairs.
To change the title, simply click the pencil icon and assign any name you like.

With iOS widgets, Bliro is only one tap away - even from your Lock Screen.
You can add widgets for:

This gives you instant access without unlocking your phone and navigating through apps - perfect for quick starts.

Report a Bug (Mobile App)
If you encounter technical issues, you can use the Report a Bug feature directly inside the app. Start by clicking on your profil and then on “report a bug”.
This allows you to:
Report issues exactly when they happen
Send relevant technical information automatically
Help us resolve problems faster
If you contact support about a mobile issue, we may ask you to submit a bug report through the app to help us investigate more efficiently.
