This release introduces a new way to work with Bliro: a voice-first interface for everything that happens around your customer meetings.
Vicky and Tim: two voice AI assistants you can talk to like a colleague
Voice meeting prep: get briefed based on your CRM and meeting data before you walk into customer meetings
Hands-free visit reports: dictate the outcome or use Bliro transcripts, Bliro structures it
Voice-driven CRM updates: fields filled by what you say, not what you type
Follow-up drafts on the drive home: emails and next steps ready by the time you park
Meet Vicky and Tim
Vicky and Tim are Bliro's first voice AI agents. You pick the one whose voice you prefer - they share the same skills and live inside the Bliro app you already use.
The existing Bliro meeting assistant listens in on your onsite and online customer meetings and turns the transcript into structured CRM data. Vicky and Tim go further: they hold an actual voice conversation with the user before and after your customer visits. That makes them useful in the moments where field reps can't sit at a laptop - driving between appointments, walking back to the car, waiting in a parking lot before a meeting starts.
Most AI sales tooling is built for inside sales. Vicky and Tim are built for the field.
What Vicky and Tim can do for field sales reps
Prepare for customer visits by voice
Before your next meeting, ask Vicky or Tim to brief you. They pull from your CRM and your previous Bliro meeting notes to summarize:
Who you're meeting and their role
The last conversation you had with this account
Open proposals, blockers, and support ticket - directly out of your CRM
The agenda you set in the calendar invite
You can ask follow-up questions out loud - "Which proposals are currently open with this customer" - and get an answer in seconds.
Capture visit reports hands-free
The moment you leave the building, start a debrief. Talk through what happened the way you would with a colleague in the passenger seat. Vicky or Tim already know the full meeting context based on the transcript and ask the right follow-ups - budget, timeline, next steps, decision-makers, competitors - and structure your answers into a clean visit report.
No typing. No forgetting the details by the time you reach your desk.
Update your CRM without typing
Every CRM field your team maintains manually - deal stage, next step, qualification data (MEDDIC, BANT), contacts met, products discussed - Vicky and Tim can update from your voice debrief. The data lands in your CRM in the right fields, in the right format, ready for your pipeline review.
Supported CRMs out of the box right now include Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Salesforce, HubSpot and SAP integrations already exist, but are currently in beta for Vicky and Tim and available on request.
Draft follow-ups on the drive home
Ask Vicky or Tim to draft the follow-up email while the conversation is fresh. They prepare a personalized message in your tone, with the agreed next steps and any materials you promised. The draft waits in your inbox - review and send when you're back.
Built for the field, not the desk
Field sales is different from inside sales, and most sales tooling has lagged.
Vicky and Tim work the way the field actually works:
Voice-first. No keyboard required, ever.
Mobile-native. Designed for the car, the train, the elevator before the meeting.
Works on a regular phone call. No internet needed - just dial and talk.
Privacy and compliance
Vicky and Tim follow the same privacy principles as the rest of Bliro:
GDPR / DSGVO compliant.
ISO 27001 certified.
EU data processing.
