What is the Bliro MCP server?
The Bliro MCP server lets external AI tools work with your Bliro data. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI tools connect to other apps. Once an AI tool is connected to the Bliro MCP server, you can ask it about your meetings for example "Summarize my meetings with [Company] from last week".
What can an AI tool do with the Bliro MCP server?
Through the Bliro MCP server, a connected AI tool can:
Search your Bliro meetings
Read the meeting summaries and transcripts of those meetings
Look up people and groups in Bliro
Share a meeting with a Bliro group
The AI tool can't delete meetings, summaries, or transcripts through the Bliro MCP server.
Which AI tools are supported by the Bliro MCP server?
The Bliro MCP server currently supports the following AI tools:
Claude Code
Where do I find the MCP setup page in Bliro?
You find the server URL and the setup steps for each supported AI tool on the MCP page in your Bliro settings.
In the Bliro web app, click your account icon at the bottom left. It shows your initials or profile picture.
In Settings, under Features, select MCP.
How do I sign in to the Bliro MCP server?
You sign in to the Bliro MCP server with the same login you use for Bliro. This works with email and password, with Microsoft or Google sign-in, and with your company's SSO (Single Sign-On). You don't need a separate password or API key for the Bliro MCP server.
What Bliro data can a connected AI tool see?
An AI tool connected to the Bliro MCP server signs in with your Bliro account and sees only what you can already see in Bliro. Your existing Bliro permissions apply to every request through the Bliro MCP server:
The AI tool can only find meetings you can open in Bliro yourself, for example your own meetings, meetings shared with you, and meetings in groups you belong to.
The AI tool can only share meetings with groups where you could share them yourself in Bliro.
If you lose access to a meeting or a group in Bliro, the AI tool loses access too.
The AI tool acts only on your behalf. It can't access other people's meetings unless you already have access to them in Bliro.
Note for IT admins: When a connected AI tool reads a meeting summary or transcript, that content is processed by the AI tool's provider (for Claude Code: Anthropic) under your organization's agreement with that provider. Check that this fits your internal data policies before rolling out the Bliro MCP server.
How do I revoke access to the Bliro MCP server?
To stop an AI tool from accessing your Bliro data, remove the Bliro MCP server in that AI tool.
