Where do I find the DPA (AVV) and other compliance documents?

Download the DPA (AVV)

  1. Open trust.bliro.io.

  2. Under Policies, find Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The German version is Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV).

  3. Click Request Access and enter your email and contact details.

  4. Once we approve your request, you get a link. It’s valid for 3 days and opens every document in that section.

What else is there

  • Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs)

  • Record of Processing Activities

  • ISO 27001 certificate, SOC 2 Type I report, penetration test report

  • Privacy notices and our security policies

  • Contact details for our data protection officer, in the FAQ section
