You can now easily share your transcribed calls with specific teams and colleagues within your organization, making collaboration seamless and keeping everyone on the same page.

Getting Started: Creating a Group and Sharing Your Calls

To begin, find the "Groups" section on the left-hand side of your dashboard and click the '+' icon. Here you can give your new group a name and a description to clarify its purpose.

Once you have a call ready to share, navigate to its meeting notes within the Bliro Webapp. Click the three-dot menu on the right and select “Add to group.” From here, you can choose which group you want to share the meeting notes with and click save. You can also create a new group directly from this menu if needed.

After a call has been shared, you will see the group's name displayed at the top right of your meeting notes, just under the headline. This not only confirms that the call is shared but also allows you to click on it to change the group assignment at any time.

Managing Your Groups and Inviting Team Members

To control who has access to a group, simply select the group and click the "Share" button at the top right. This will open the sharing settings, where you can add team members who need access to the call notes. Below the invitation field, you can view a list of all current members. If you need to remove someone's access, just click on their name and click on “remove”.

For broader visibility, you can grant general access to everyone in your organization. This option, found under the "General Access" settings, will allow everyone in your organization to view the calls within that group, though they will not be able to edit them. As a general rule, only the original owner of a call can edit its content, ensuring the integrity of the notes.

We Want Your Feedback!

What do you like or miss in the shared groups feature? We are more than happy to receive feedback of any kind from you! Please do not hesitate to get in touch at [email protected].
