Question: Hey, a quick question about the upcoming “entity views.” Is it sufficient to start with remoteLink Bliro from the CRM to transfer the account and/or deal ID to identify the entity, or do we need to do something else?

1. Can we transfer different IDs via remote link, i.e., account ID and deal ID, and then additionally specify what we use to form the entity, or can we only transfer one ID?

2. Regarding the documentation: do we have to transfer the entity ID for Call.meta.Source with a specific name, e.g. recordId as in the documentation, or can we store other names (e.g. AccountID)?

Answer: In general, remote control works as follows:

You specify any parameter via the Start-Bliro URL, e.g. URL?foo=bar. This parameter is then stored with all other parameters in the Call object under Call.meta.source, e.g., { foo: bar }. If, for example, you use webhooks or pull calls via Bliro's API, you can expect the parameters used to be returned to you in the Call object.

In the future, we will have “magic parameters” located in a separate namespace b__.

For example, the upcoming version of Bliro will feature the parameter b__templateId, which can be passed via URL?b__templateId=123. When this parameter is set, Bliro automatically sets the required template for analyzing the call.

A b__group parameter is also conceivable. This would then assign the call to a specific Bliro group on which Meta Views will then run.
