I want to switch my Email / Password Bliro Account to a Microsoft Bliro Account. How can I do that?

If you originally created your Bliro account using email and password and would now like to use Microsoft Login (SSO) instead, you can easily switch your login method.

This process links your existing Bliro account with your Microsoft account - your data, settings, and recordings will remain unchanged.

Before You Start

  • Make sure the Microsoft account you want to use has the same email address as your current Bliro account.

  • If you're unsure which email is associated with your Bliro account, check under Settings → Account inside the app.

How to Switch to Microsoft Login

Follow these steps:

  1. Log out of your current Bliro account.

  2. Go to the Bliro Sign Up page.

    • you can find it here

  3. Select Continue with Microsoft

    • an account linking window should open

    • click on "continue" and follow the process

  4. Complete the Microsoft authentication process.

Your existing account will automatically be linked to Microsoft.

After this, you can log in using Microsoft Login going forward.

Do I Need to Click “Sign Up” or “Log In”?

To ensure the account linking works smoothly, you need to use Sign Up with Microsoft.

What Happens to My Existing Data?

Nothing changes. All records, transcripts, analytics and other settings remain exactly the same. Only your login method changes.

What If My Microsoft Login Email is Not Identical to My Existing Account?

If your Microsoft Login email is not the same as your existing account, then a new Bliro account will be created. In this case, your data cannot be transferred to the new account.

If your Microsoft Login email is the same as your existing account, but has different capitalization, such as [email protected] and [email protected], then the accounts cannot be linked and a new account cannot be created. In this case, your old account must be deleted, along with all of its data, and a new account must be created using the Microsoft Login email.
