If you triggered a password reset but never received an email, your account was most likely created using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Why this happens
When you sign up for Bliro using Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, no password is created for your account. Because there is no password on file, the password reset flow has nothing to reset - and no email will be sent.
This is a common source of confusion if you're unsure how you have signed up.
How to fix it
Simply log in using the same SSO provider you used when you created your account:
Continue with Google - if you signed up with a Google/Gmail account
Continue with Microsoft - if you signed up with a Microsoft/Outlook/work account
