If you experience any issues while using Bliro, our product team can investigate and resolve them more efficiently when you share your logs with us. Sending logs takes only a few seconds and automatically creates a bug ticket for our team.

When To Send Logs?

Please send logs whenever you notice:

  • Problems joining calls

  • Issues with call recording or transcription

  • Errors or unexpected app behavior

  • Missing call summaries

  • Login or connection issues

  • Anything that “just doesn’t seem right”

How to Send Logs (Directly from the App – Mac & Windows)

If the Bliro app is installed and running, this is the fastest option:

Method 1: Via Settings

  1. Open the Bliro app.

  2. Click the settings (gear) icon.

  3. Select the 5th menu item“Report a bug”.

  4. Describe the error you have experienced and click on send.

--> Logs will be sent automatically

Method 2: Via Menu Bar/System Tray

If “Report a bug” is not available:

  • Mac:
Go to the menu bar, right-click the Bliro icon, select “Send logs to Bliro”.

  • Windows:
Right-click the Bliro icon in the system tray, select “Send logs to Bliro”.

Method 3: If you can't open the Bliro App

If the Bliro app is not opening or cannot trigger the bug reporter, you can manually access and share your logs.

Mac – Manual Log Collection

  1. Open the Finder.

  2. In the top menu, click “Go”.

  3. Hold the Option/Alt key → the “Library” folder appears.

  4. Click “Library”.

  5. Open Logs.

  6. Open the folder “Bliro Desktop”.

  7. Send us the files inside this folder.

Windows – Manual Log Collection

  1. Open the File Explorer.

  2. In the address bar, enter:

    %appdata%
  3. Open the folder “bliro_desctop”.

  4. Open the folder “logs”.

  5. Send us all files contained there.

What Happens Next?

Once your logs are submitted:

  • A bug report is automatically created

  • Our engineering team reviews the issue

  • We investigate and follow up if additional information is needed

  • A fix will be included in an upcoming Bliro update if required

We truly appreciate your help in making Bliro better.
