Share Meetings via link (External Collaboration)

You can easily share individual calls via public links with anyone - even people outside your organization or those who don’t have a Bliro account.

Getting Started: Sharing a Meeting via Link

To share a meeting externally, open the call you’d like to share in the Bliro Web App, then click the “Share” button in the top-right corner of the meeting view.

In the share modal, select “Share via Link”. This will generate a unique public link that you can send to anyone - simply copy it using the “Copy Link” button or directly from your browser’s address bar. Both options provide the same shareable URL.

What Recipients See

Anyone with the link can view the transcript, summary, analysis (if available) and details of your meeting in a read-only mode.

No Bliro account is required - making it ideal for sharing insights with clients or partners who just need to view the information quickly.

If the recipient already has a Bliro account, they’ll be able to:

  • Use Ask Bliro to ask questions about the shared call content

  • Create private notes that only they can see

This ensures a consistent and privacy-safe experience for both Bliro and non-Bliro users.

Managing Access and Revoking Links

You always remain in control of your shared calls. If you no longer want the meeting to be publicly accessible, open the Share menu again and click “Remove public access”. This action immediately invalidates the shared link - anyone who tries to open it will see that access has been revoked.

If you decide to share the meeting again later, a new unique link will be generated automatically, ensuring that old links can’t be reused.
