Ask Bliro is your AI assistant for meetings.

It answers your questions either:

  • on a call level (a single meeting), or

  • on a group level (multiple related meetings)

This gives you exactly the insights you need - from the details of one specific conversation to a broader overview across several weeks.

What is Ask Bliro?

Ask Bliro analyzes your meetings and answers questions based on the discussed content.

For example, you can ask:

  • What were the key risks in the past few weeks?

  • Which objections came up repeatedly?

  • How has the sentiment around pricing evolved across multiple calls?

  • Which milestones were mentioned - and what is still missing?

  • What were the most important next steps across all meetings?

Ask Bliro provides context-based answers and can also consider meetings conducted in different languages.

Where can I find Ask Bliro?

In the web app, you’ll find Ask Bliro in two places:

  1. Ask Bliro on Call Level (Single Meeting)

Within each meeting, you can directly chat with Ask Bliro. You will always find it on the right-hand side.

    Important:

On the call level, Ask Bliro only answers questions about content discussed in that specific meeting.

    The answers are based on:

    • The transcript of that call

    • The meeting summary

    • Metadata

    • Conversation notes

    Ideal for:

    • Specific detail questions

    • Exact wording or statements

    • Clarifying individual points from a particular conversation

  2. Ask Bliro on Group Level (Multiple Meetings)

In the Group View, you can chat across an entire collection of meetings.

    This is ideal for:

    • Identifying opportunities

    • Supporting customers more strategically

    • Analyzing objections that have developed over the past weeks

Here, you can ask questions across multiple meetings and identify patterns and connections.

Using Time Frames (to keep context relevant)

Within a group, you can select a time range, for example:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Last month / quarter

Important:

Select the time range Ask Bliro should use to answer your question. You can choose between different time periods.

This ensures that your answers are based on recent developments and are not influenced by outdated content.

How Do the Answers Work?

  1. Call Level

    Based on:

    • Transcript

    • Meeting analysis

    • Summary

    • Metadata

    • Conversation notes

Focus: Content from this one specific conversation
    Ideal for: Detailed questions

  2. Group Level

    Based on:

    • Meeting analyses and summaries (not full transcripts)

      • Full transcripts are not considered at group level.

      • This means Ask Bliro relies on the artifacts generated by the selected meeting template

        • For example, if a sales template was wrongly used for a technical meeting, the answer may be less precise.

Additionally, the context from your prompt is incorporated into the response.

Ask Bliro searches through the relevant analyses within the group and generates a context-based answer.

    It can:

    • Identify connections across multiple meetings

    • Reference meetings by title and date

    • Understand follow-up questions within the same session

    Example:

    • “Give me a project status.”

    • “Make it no more than 100 words.”

What Ask Bliro Currently Cannot Do

Ask Bliro mainly provides qualitative insights and cannot reliably calculate aggregated numbers, such as:

  • How many calls were initiated by Person X?

  • What is the average objection handling score?

  • How many demos were held last month?

Best Practice: How to Use Ask Bliro Effectively in Groups

  • Select an appropriate time frame so that only relevant meetings are considered.

  • Formulate your question clearly and specifically within the group context.

  • Ask follow-up questions if needed to refine the answer.

  • Use the correct template for each meeting (e.g., Sales, Tech, Project), as answer quality depends on it.

  • Prefer qualitative questions about risks, trends, patterns, or decisions.

  • If you want a specific output format (e.g., a table), include it directly in your prompt.

    • Example:

“Provide the open to-dos as a table.”

  • For exact details or precise wording, switch to the respective call.

Privacy & Session Duration

Each person in a group has their own private chat session. Other group members cannot see your chats. Chat sessions are stored for up to 8 hours. If you are inactive for more than 8 hours, the session will be deleted.

When Are New Calls Available in Ask Bliro?

Calls that are newly added to a group are not available immediately. They are included starting from the next full hour.

Example:

A call ends at 14:12 → it will be available in Ask Bliro from 15:00 onward.
