Your account is not attached to your company's organisation yet. Ask your Bliro admin to add you, then sign out and back in once. Then you should be good to go! If not reach out to us via [email protected]
Nevertheless, your phone assistant minutes are a separate allowance and do not count towards your transcription minutes. This allowance can be seen in your admin settings or memeber settings under usage. If you need more minutes ask your admin to upgrade your allowance.
