This guide will walk you through your personal and organizational settings to help you get the most out of Bliro

Account Settings

Start by clicking on your account icon at the bottom left, which displays your initials or profile picture.

  • Account: Here, you can enter your first and last name. Further down, you can see which languages you have chosen as your primary and secondary language. If you haven't selected these yet, please do so. This helps Bliro to more accurately transcribe your meetings. Setting up a primary and secondary language is especially important if you switch languages in between a meeting. This way it is easier for Bliro to recognise the other language which ensures higher transcription quality.

  • Bliro Phone Assistant

Here you can manage your personal phone assitant (Vicky or Tim). For more information about what Vicky and Tim do, read this article here. If you want to know how to set them up, read this article here.

  • VoiceID

With voiceID, Bliro learns your voice which will help identifying your voice among other speakers in a meeting. For mor information on how VoiceID works and what other possibilites are available to identify speakers, read this article here.

Account Functions

  • Usage: Here you can see how many minutes you've used the Bliro phone agent. You can also request additional minutes and see when your usage volume resets. In addition, you can see how many minutes of meetings you've transcribed.

  • Templates: The templates section shows you which templates have been pre-selected by your admin. From here, you can also access the template marketplace to search for other existing templates or create your own.

  • Dictionary: In your personal dictionary, you can add company-specific words, jargon, or technical terms. This helps Bliro recognize these specific terms in your daily conversations, improving transcription accuracy. The words added are stored in your personal account only your admin can implement organization wide words.
    More information here.

  • Integrations: In the integrations section, you will find all the integrations Bliro offers you. It is important that you set up your Calendar integration. This way, Bliro will recognize all your scheduled meetings and provide a pop-up reminder one minute before they start, allowing you to launch Bliro and your meeting seamlessly.

Organization Settings

  • Skills:
This section concerns the phone agent. Skills are used to instruct the agent on how it should perform tasks.

Further information can be found here.

  • Members:
As a member, you do not have the administrative rights to add or delete members of your organization. However, in this section, you can see which of your colleagues already have access to Bliro. If you have a colleague in mind who is not using Bliro yet but would benefit from it or you know a colleague who wants to use Bliro but is not yet enabled, you can suggest that your admin sets them up!
