Signing in with different Google accounts in bliro platform (app.bliro.io) and bliro desktop app can cause all kinds of trouble.

πŸ’‘ If the integrations you connect on bliro platform are not recognized by the desktop app or if calls that you log with the desktop app will not be shown on the platform it is likely that you are logged in with different accounts.

To unify the Google account you are using on platform and app, you please follow these steps.

Logout from platform

Open app.bliro.io, click on your Avatar in the top right corner and click Logout

You should now see the login screen again.

Do not continue further here, we'll come back in a minute.

Logout from desktop app

Open the bliro desktop app and click on the βš™οΈ (gear) icon to get to the settings section.

Now click Logout

And you will be navigated to the login screen.

Do not continue further here, we'll come back in a minute.

Disconnect your Google accounts and bliro

Now, that we are logged out from bliro, we need to disconnect all Google accounts from bliro. If we would not do that, by clicking Continue with Google, we would sign directly to the wrong accounts again.

To disconnect your Google accounts, repeat this procedure for all your Google accounts which you logged in to bliro with!

First, open Chrome browser and check the account you are logged in with.

You can change your account by selecting any account from Other profiles section.

If you switch accounts, a new browser window opens up. Please doublecheck again that the window opened being logged in to the correct account.

Now that you are logged in to Chrome Browser with the Google account you would like to disconnect from bliro, navigate to myaccount.google.com. Once the page opened, click the Security tab on the left.

In the Security section, scroll down to Your connections to third-party apps and services. If you can already see the bliro app you can click on it otherwise click See all connections. In See all connections, use the search bar, to search for bliro and select the app there.

Once you clicked on bliro, another window opens. You will find a panel How Google helps you sign in to Bliro and a button which is called See details. Click on this button.

In the new window that opened, find and click the Stop using Sign in with Google button.

A popup will ask for confirmation. After clicking Confirm your Google account and bliro are disconnected for login.

Once disconnected, you will be redirected to the Third-party apps and services screen. There you can make sure that Google really is disconnected from bliro by searching bliro in the search bar.

πŸ” Once you repeated the previous steps for all Google accounts you logged in to bliro with, you can continue with the next steps, namely Login to platform and Login to desktop app

Login to platform

We can now go back again to the login window we encountered previously. Of you closed the window, just open app.bliro.io.

In the login window now click Continue with Google

You will be redirected to the Google sign in where you can now choose the correct account, you would like to log in to bliro with.

Follow the sign in steps and you will eventually reach the platform at app.bliro.io.

Login to desktop app

Now also find the desktop app which should show the login window as we left it there.

As with the platform click Continue with Google.

You will again be redirected to the Google sign in page. Now, either click on one of the listed accounts or, if the correct account is not listed, click Add account.

Once you finished the Google login flow, you can access the app again.

πŸŽ‰ That was it, you are now logged in to bliro platform and bliro desktop app with one and the same Google account! Now everything should work as expected 😊
