No, you cannot upload arbitrary recordings and create a transcript in Bliro. Bliro's live transcription works live during your meetings to transcribe and create notes and analysis from them.
However, if you are watching a Youtube video or attending a class/seminar/meeting that you would like to have transcribed and summarized while you are watching it, you can turn Bliro ON on your laptop or the mobile app and have it running on the side.
The Bliro Mobile App also has Voice Memo functionality that allows you to record yourself dictating notes or follow-ups from a meeting, even if internet access is not available. Once the recording is complete and internet access is available, this recording will then be automatically processed for transcription and analysis.
