Bliro is a unique tool designed to extract and save important information from your conversations. By reading through this quick guide in under two minutes, you will walk away with some superpowers:

  1. Always focus on your conversation, because bliro takes notes for you

  2. Have access to everything you ever discussed

  3. Automatically update internal tools

Installing Bliro

Bliro consists of three parts. You have your personal bliro platform where a copy of every meeting you document with bliro is stored, the bliro Desktop App and the Bliro Mobile App. The bliro Desktop App runs locally on your laptop to transcribe and summarize your meetings. (Should we mention the mobile app here as well? It would be consistent, since the slide deck referred to 3 parts.)

To install Bliro's Desktop App, create an account at https://bliro.io/ and follow the installation steps.

If you are using Windows, please consult our Windows Quick Guide.

Let Bliro Take Notes for Your Meeting

Bliro works with all meeting tools. All you need is your laptop.

Before starting a new meeting in Bliro, make sure you select the right headset settings and language, then click “Start Meeting.” Alternatively, changes can also be made during the meeting. You can even adjust the template and language after the meeting.

You can access the bliro desktop app anytime by clicking on the bliro Logo in the Menubar. Make sure to sync your calendar to save AI notes together with your calendar events.

Make sure you select the correct language and headset settings before you start taking AI notes.

Start transcription and AI-powered note-taking easily by clicking “Start Meeting.”

During the meeting, you can run Bliro in the background or in the foreground. If Bliro is in the background, the menu bar won’t be visible when sharing your screen, but Bliro will continue running.

If Bliro is in the foreground, you can write manual notes and create highlights to personalize your meeting notes. Highlights are transcribed, summarized, and stored alongside your general meeting notes.

Click on the dots and drag Bliro somewhere on your screen where it does not bother you.

Passive Capture

The magic of Bliro is that it runs in the background. Transcribing and summarizing everything that is said without creating audio or video recordings, and without being visible in the meeting. Before Bliro, you had to take and organize notes manually. Now, you can stay fully present in the conversation.

Save and Access Your Meeting Notes

Once your meeting ends, stop Bliro’s transcription by clicking the large stop button on the far left. It only takes a few seconds for your AI meeting notes to become available in the Bliro Desktop App.

Click on “Read Meeting Notes” to access your AI meeting notes on your Bliro platform.

Polish anything that needs a final touch. You can edit meeting details such as title, participants, and times on the Bliro platform. If your calendar is connected, details will be filled in automatically. Once everything looks good and your CRM system is connected to Bliro, you can send your notes to contacts, accounts, or opportunities in your CRM.

Review and edit the AI summary right after the meeting. Click “Sync” to send the summary to your selected integrations.

You can also export AI notes and transcripts to the clipboard and paste them into any third-party app (E-Mail, Word Document, etc.). The bliro platform is your central repository of all your conversations.
