By using bliro together with your CRM system, you can not only eliminate the need for manual note-taking, but also ensure that all important insights from your meetings are properly recorded in your CRM system.
You have the option to save AI notes from your customer meetings into the activity timeline as meetings within your deals, accounts, and contacts in HubSpot. This helps automate the tedious tasks in your CRM system.
Connect HubSpot to Bliro
Visit the integrations settings on your bliro platform: https://app.bliro.io/settings/integrations
Find the HubSpot Integration and Click "Connect".
A new Pop-Up Window will open and you will be asked to enter your HubSpot Login information. Make sure your browser doesn't block pop-ups.
After entering your HubSpot Login information, go back to your bliro platform. You will see visual feedback that you successfully added the integration.
If HubSpot tells you, you don't have the required permissions to install bliro in your company's HubSpot account, please share this guide with your HubSpot Admin.
Send Meeting Information to HubSpot
After finishing your meeting, you can select the destination for your AI notes using the Wrap-Up Screen in the bliro desktop app.
The details view at the top of the app functions as a window into your CRM system. Choose the appropriate contact, account, or deal to send the AI notes to.
The Details Data will be pre-populated if you sync your calendar with bliro.
Choose the right contact, account or deal via the details view at the top of the Wrap-Up Screen. This meeting will be saved under the contacts "Donald Duck" and "Micky Mouse" and under the account "ducktown.io" in HubSpot.
Send AI Notes to HubSpot from the Bliro Platform
Of course, you can also save the AI Notes in Bliro's Desktop App and send them to HubSpot via Bliro's Platform later.
Navigate to the call on your Bliro Platform. The call details menu allows you to edit call participants (= HubSpot contacts) and HubSpot accounts or deals. Click "Sync to", make sure the correct recipients in HubSpot are selected and hit send.
Contacts and accounts will be preselected based on the calendar event. You can always also choose contacts, accounts or deals before sending.
New Meeting Objects in HubSpot
Bliro will create a meeting activity and document under the right account, deal or contact including the AI Summary and all important metadata (e.g. participants, meeting length and more)
