You can easily share AI Notes, Action Items and other meeting information via bliro's Confluence integration by adding them to any Confluence page.

Thereby you can keep everyone up to date and streamline communication around your meetings. Even if someone couldn't make it to the meeting.

Connect Confluence to Bliro

  1. Visit the integrations settings on your bliro platform: https://app.bliro.io/settings/integrations

  2. Find the Confluence Integration and Click "Connect".

  3. A new Pop-Up Window will open and you will be asked to enter your Confluence Login information. Make sure your browser doesn't block pop-ups.

  4. After entering your Confluence Login information, go back to your bliro platform. You will see visual feedback that you successfully added the integration.

Bliro will show that it is connected "โœ… Connected" to Confluence accordingly.

Send AI Notes to Confluence

After finishing your meeting, you can select the destination for your AI notes using the Wrap-Up Screen in the bliro desktop app.

You will find little icons above your AI summary. If you are connected your CRM System, the corresponding CRM logo will be color-coded.

If you want to send AI notes to Confluence, just click on the grey Confluence Logo, choose the corresponding page, and hit Send.

Sending the AI Summary to the Confluence Page "Donald Duck Demo Project"

Bliro will automatically create a new section called "Meeting Minutes" and paste the AI summary there accordingly.

Bliro saved the AI Notes automatically on the Confluence page called "Donald Duck Demo Project"
