Bliro's pricing is fully usage-based. As a team you decide on how many meeting minutes you want to transcribe and summarise with bliro per month.
Experience has shown that the minutes needed per month depend heavily on your use case. You can roughly calculate with the following numbers per user depending on your use case:
S - User: Only important meetings
ca. 500 meeting minutes per month
Transcribe and document only important conversations
ca. 10 - 15 meetings with bliro per month
M - User: Use case conversations
ca. 1000 meeting minutes per month
Transcribe and document all use case conversations (e.g. sales calls, recruiting interviews, etc.) plus occasional internal meetings
ca. 20 - 30 meetings with bliro per month
L - User: All use case conversations and internal meetings:
ca. 2000 Meeting minutes per month
Transcribe and document all important conversations including use case conversations (sales calls, recruiting interviews, etc.) and internal meetings in everyday business life
30 - 60 meetings with bliro per month or daily customer calls in a call center setup
XL - User: many hours of bliro usage every day
ca. 3000 Meeting Minutes per month
Transcribe and document all important customer calls in everyday business
and document them. Suitable for users who spend several hours a day in
customer conversations.
70 - 100 meetings per month / call center
Don't forget: No matter how many minutes you purchase, you can onboard as many users as you want, as long as you don't surpass your team's meeting-minute package. Unused meeting minutes of a month expire at the end of the month.
