Organizing your meetings just got a whole lot easier. Introducing our new Groups and Filters feature:

Create and Assign Groups: Whether you want to categorize meetings by sales funnel stage, stakeholder, department, or role, you can now create custom groups. This makes it simple to track and manage meetings according to your specific needs.

Advanced Filters: With our powerful new filters located at the top of the meeting list, you can quickly sort meetings by date, status or other criteria. Always find the meetings that matter most to you, without the hassle.

We understand the importance of efficiency, which is why we’ve added Quick Actions to your meeting list:

Perform Actions Instantly: Copy, sync, add to a group, or delete meetings directly from the meeting list, all without having to load the call first. This feature is designed to save you time and make managing your meetings more seamless.

💻 App Version 1.2.0

We’re excited to announce the release of Bliro Desktop App Version 1.2.0, packed with important updates:

New Bug Report Page: Users can now directly report any issues they encounter straight to our engineering team, helping us resolve them faster.

Meeting Timer Fix: We’ve resolved an issue with the meeting timer functionality, so it now works flawlessly.

Calendar Event Selection: You now have the option to select which calendar events the app should remind you to transcribe, giving you more control over your meeting management.

Bug Fixes: We’ve squashed bugs to improve stability and performance, ensuring a smoother user experience.

🔄 Replace Speaker Labels with Ease

Our latest platform update allows you to replace generic speaker names like S1, S2, etc., with the real names of meeting participants. This change is reflected in both the summary and transcript.

By personalizing speaker names, subsequent meeting summaries become more tailored as our AI models gain a deeper understanding of who said what, enhancing the level of detail and context in your summaries.

⏱️ More Minutes in the Free Plan

Great news for our free plan users! We’ve increased the included minutes from 250 to 300 per month. Additionally, we’ve implemented more rigorous usage tracking, allowing users to upgrade their plans seamlessly once they exceed their quota.

🏠 The new Bliro Home Screen

Bliro's new minimalistic Home Screen.

Welcome to the minimalist new Bliro home screen! 🌟 We've focused on the essentials to improve your user experience. With an elegant, refined interface, you can now easily navigate through the individual options and start your meetings with just one click.

All options are on one screen - from choosing the right AI note template and language all the way to the audio settings.

A single click on "Start meeting" starts the transcription and creation of your AI notes.

😎 The new Bliro Call Bar

During the call, Bliro presents itself as a simple-to-use horizontal bar - the new Bliro Call Bar.

The Bliro In-Call screen has been transformed into a discreet horizontal bar. The clear design allows you to stop or pause the meeting, hide the app, write manual notes in an external note pop-up, highlight important moments in the meeting, and adjust your audio or language settings - all with a simple click.

You can move this bar around on your screen. Focus on the essentials during your meetings.

🍳 Easier Audio Management on Mac

A special update for our Mac users: Bliro now uses the Mac Screen Capture Kit for audio transcription with the new release. You only need to set the headphone toggle in the home screen correctly. All other audio settings are now handled automatically by Bliro.

Of course, Bliro still only captures audio for your transcription, not your screen.

🌍 New Languages

Bliro now understands more languages! We have added 🇸🇪 Swedish, 🇳🇴 Norwegian, 🇫🇮 Finnish, 🇩🇰 Danish and 🇷🇴 Romanian. This update allows even more people to use Bliro in their preferred language. Just choose the language you prefer and Bliro will do the rest.

💾 Save Meeting Notes as Drafts

Bliro now offers the option of saving AI meeting notes as drafts via the app. You don't have to wait for your AI meeting notes to load after the meeting. Instead, press "Save" immediately after your meeting, and your notes will be securely saved on the Bliro web platform. This way, you can review the AI meeting notes later and send them to your CRM system or other integrations with a simple click.

You can send meeting notes that you saved as drafts to your integrations later via the send button in the Bliro meeting repository.
