As an admin, you have access to your organization's general settings, allowing you to customize the experience for all users, define key options—such as privacy settings—and create templates and a custom dictionary for the entire organization.

⚙️ General Organization Settings

You have the ability to disable app downloads and auto-updates for all members, which is crucial if your internal IT department manages the distribution of Bliro's app. Additionally, you can add a Summary Disclaimer that will automatically be included in every Bliro summary when it's exported from the platform and pasted into a third-party tool. You can also adjust critical Privacy settings, such as setting a retention period for transcript deletion, where all transcripts in your organization will be automatically deleted after a specified time.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Members

You can invite new members and remove existing ones. New members will receive an email to create a Bliro account and will automatically be associated with your organization upon signing up.

💬 Dictionary

Maintain your organization's custom dictionary to enhance transcription quality for all users. It's important to add abbreviations, product-specific terms, names, or any other jargon unique to your company that may not be commonly used elsewhere.

🔧 Templates

Customize summaries for the entire organization here. Any template you create as an admin can be synchronized and used by all users. For more details on setting up and using templates, check out this article.

💰 Subscription and Billing

Manage your organization’s billing information and upgrade or downgrade your plan via the Customer Portal.
