Which options do I have as an admin?

As an admin, you can manage and customize the general settings of your organization. You can configure important options such as privacy settings, create templates, and set up a custom dictionary for the entire organization.

You can access the organization settings by clicking on your profile in the bottom left and then navigating to "Settings". Scroll down until you see the Organization Settings section.

You should now see the following subsections:

Account Settings

Here you can change your name and set your primary and secondary language. You can also add a profile picture if you like.

Features

Templates

Here you can create summary templates for the entire organization. All templates you create can be synced and used by all users.

Dictionary

Improve transcription accuracy for everyone by maintaining a custom dictionary. Add abbreviations, product-specific terms, names, or industry jargon that is important to your company.

Integrations

Integrate Bliro with your calendar, CRM system, Slack, Outlook Mail, MS Dynamics, and other systems. Integrations are on a user level only and not organization-wide.

API Access

Access all Bliro conversations within your organization programmatically and use your data flexibly.

Webhook Management

Here you can manage your organization's webhook integrations. For each active webhook integration, Bliro sends a copy of every processed meeting from every member of the organization to the URL specified in the webhook.

Organization

  • Organization name: here you can give your organization a name

  • Organization domain: define which domain belongs to your organization. This helps distinguish between internal and external.

  • Automatic join with matching domain: check this box if you want all users with your organization's registered domain to be automatically added to your organization upon sign-up, if the domain they use matches yours

  • Manage app downloads & updates: you can disable the ability to download or automatically update the app - ideal if your IT team handles the distribution of the Bliro app.

  • Summary note: add an automatic note that is included in every Bliro export when summaries are inserted into other tools.

  • Minimum call duration: calls shorter than the minimum call duration will not be saved.

  • Remote control: controls the behavior of the desktop app when using the remote control feature. Mobile apps and self-started sessions are not affected. Find more information here!

  • Privacy settings: define how long transcripts are stored before they are automatically deleted.

Members

Invite new members or remove existing ones. New members will receive an email to create a Bliro account and will automatically be linked to your organization.
