Data and Account Deletion in Bliro

Bliro gives you full control over your data. You can delete specific content or remove your entire account.

1. Delete Your Entire Account

The most comprehensive option is a full account deletion. This permanently removes all your data from Bliro, including:

  • All saved transcriptions and summaries

  • Your user profile and settings

  • Your connections to integrations (e.g. CRM, calendar)

How to delete your account:

Go to Settings > Account > scroll to the bottom then "Delete Account".

⚠️ This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

2. Delete Individual Calls

You can delete individual calls along with all associated data (transcription, summary) in one go.

How to delete a call:

Navigate to the meeting overview then to the three dots on the right. There you will find the option to delete this call.

You can also head over to the call and within the view of the single call, navigate to the three little dots and select delete there.

3. Delete Individual Analysis

If you want to remove just the analysis of a call while keeping the transcription, you can do that separately.

How to delete a summary:

Open the call, navigate to the summary within your analysis, navigate to the three dots and select "Delete View".

4. Delete Transcriptions

Delete Manually

You can manually remove the full transcription of any call at any time.

How to delete a transcription:

Open the call, navigate to the transcription, hover over the part of the transcript that you want to delete then select "Delete" and confirm the deletion. You can not delete the transcript all at once.

Automatic Deletion After X Days

As and organisation admin you can configure Bliro to automatically delete transcriptions after a set number of days. This is not available for organisation members.

How to set up automatic deletion:

Go to Settings > Organization > "Transcript Data Deletion" and choose your preferred timeframe.

For more on where and how transcripts are stored when retention is enabled, see "Where does bliro save the transcripts?". For the full admin settings overview, see here.

5. Remove Users from an Organisation

As an Admin you can delete users from your organisation. This doesn't delete the account or any of its data. It simply removes the association with the organisation. Organization admins will still be able to see the existing calls, but any new calls from that user will not be visible to the organisation.

How to remove a user: Go to Settings > navigate down to organisation settings > select members and select "Remove User" next to the relevant profile.

6. Deleting Assistant Chats

You can delete individual Agent conversations at any time. To do so, open the chat history by clicking the three dots next to the chat window. Click "Delete" to permanently delete the conversation. Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.
