Bliro sends the transcripts and their summaries to its customers' internal systems, such as customer relationship management systems (CRM) like Salesforce or HubSpot. In addition, the conversation transcripts are saved centrally on bliro's platform. This is hosted on the German servers of the cloud provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt am Main.
