Bliro saves all your conversation transcripts on bliro's platform which you can access from the website. It also sends the transcripts and their summaries to its customers' internal systems, such as customer relationship management systems (CRM) like Salesforce or HubSpot.

This is hosted on the German servers of the cloud provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt am Main. Further information on data processing can be found in our Data Processing Agreement.
