Meeting Templates provide a centralized way to define the outputs Bliro should generate for different types of meetings. Instead of managing summary templates and analysis templates separately, all meeting-related artifacts are configured within a single template.

What are Meeting Templates?

Meeting Templates are a centralized way to control Bliro’s Views for different meeting types. Each template defines:

  • When the template should be applied

  • What summaries/analyses and insights Bliro should generate

This allows you to standardize documentation across teams while still tailoring insights to specific use cases like sales calls, customer success meetings, or internal syncs.

How Meeting Templates Work

1. Create a Meeting Template

To get started, navigate to Templates in the Bliro app and click Create new template.

Give your template a name and description

Configure two main sections:

WHEN – defines which meetings the template applies to

ANALYSES – defines what Bliro should generate

2. Define When the Template Applies

The WHEN section uses rules to decide which template is applied to which meeting.

New Meeting Templates

To create a rule:

  1. Click Add rule

  2. Choose between:

  • Single rule

  • Rule group (for more complex logic)

Rules can be based on attributes such as:

  • Meeting title

  • Participant email

  • Organizer email

  • Call type

  • Opportunity name

→ Example: If a participant’s email contains @bliro.io , the template will automatically apply to all meetings with internal participants.

3. Choose Your Analyses

In the ANALYSES section, you define what insights Bliro should generate whenever the template is applied. All selected analyses run together automatically.

You can choose between Custom Analyses and Predefined Analyses.

Custom Analyses

Custom analyses let you fully control the structure and focus of a View.

Available custom analysis types include:

  • Summary

  • Full text

  • Bullet points

  • Checkbox

  • Number / whole number

  • Labeled bullet points

  • Labeled full text

  • Score with explanation

  • Playbook monitoring

  • Checklist

  • Pick list

    To customize a section:

    1. Select an analysis type (e.g. Summary)

    2. Click Select this analysis

    3. Configure the section content and structure

A live preview is always visible on the right side, so you can see exactly how the output Tile will look.

      Predefined Analyses

Predefined analyses are ready-to-use analyses that can’t be edited but can be added instantly. Available options include:

      • AI Sales Coach

      • Customer Feedback

      • Customer Objections & Sales Handling

      • Customer Pain Points

      • Customer Persona Type (DISC)

      • Customer Questions & Sales Answers

      • Decision Maker Involved

      • Discovery Questions & Answers

      • Follow-Up Email

      • Next Step Set

      • Objection Handling Preparedness

      • Qualification

      • Value Proposition Clarity

      After the Meeting

      Once a meeting is processed:

      • All configured Analyses that apply to the particular meeting are generated and appear together in the Meeting View

      • You can add additional Analyses later by clicking the plus (+) icon, even after the meeting has ended

        Example Use Cases

Meeting Templates are particularly useful for:

        • Sales teams with various meeting types (cold calls, discovery calls, demos, or onboarding meetings)

        • Customer success teams tracking onboarding milestones or adherence to playbooks

        • Organizations defining consistent documentation standards for internal or external meetings

Each meeting type can have a dedicated template with tailored insights.
