Meeting Templates provide a centralized way to define the outputs Bliro should generate for different types of meetings. Instead of managing summary templates and analysis templates separately, all meeting-related artifacts are configured within a single template.
What are Meeting Templates?
Meeting Templates are a centralized way to control Bliro’s Views for different meeting types. Each template defines:
When the template should be applied
What summaries/analyses and insights Bliro should generate
This allows you to standardize documentation across teams while still tailoring insights to specific use cases like sales calls, customer success meetings, or internal syncs.
How Meeting Templates Work
1. Create a Meeting Template
To get started, navigate to Templates in the Bliro app and click Create new template.
Give your template a name and description
Configure two main sections:
WHEN – defines which meetings the template applies to
ANALYSES – defines what Bliro should generate
2. Define When the Template Applies
The WHEN section uses rules to decide which template is applied to which meeting.

To create a rule:
Click Add rule
Choose between:
Rules can be based on attributes such as:
Meeting title
Participant email
Organizer email
Call type
Opportunity name
→ Example: If a participant’s email contains @bliro.io , the template will automatically apply to all meetings with internal participants.
3. Choose Your Analyses
In the ANALYSES section, you define what insights Bliro should generate whenever the template is applied. All selected analyses run together automatically.
You can choose between Custom Analyses and Predefined Analyses.
